Today, I am sharing one of my favorite healthy vegetarian breakfast recipes with you all. It is as delicious as it it beautiful!

Step 1: What you’ll need: A pretty bowl or glass (I used a wine glass), yogurt of any flavor of your choice (I chose vanilla bean), granola (I used cinnamon fig almond), fruit (I used bananas & strawberries), and any finishing topping to make it pretty (I used edible flowers)!

Step 2: Cut your fruit

Step 3: Press your cut fruit slices to the edge of the cup (the thiner slice the easier it will hold).

Step 4: Put your first layer of yogurt in the cup/bowl, filling about a 3rd of the cup/bowl.

Step 5: Place a layer of the granola, as to how much you put is totally up to you.

Step 6: Repeat the yogurt granola layer once more, with the granola on top, then add your fruit (& decretive topping)!

Step 7: Voilá! Enjoy your yummy, beautiful, and healthy meal!
