Today I am sharing with you all my most highly requested recipe… Banana “nice cream!” It’s by far my favorite vegan recipe of mine. It is not only delicious, but incredibly healthy for you! Let me know what you think in the comments.
Step 1: What you’ll need: A high speed blender, frozen bananas, almond milk, vanilla extract/vanilla bean, and toppings of your choice (I chose edible flowers and coconut shreds).
Step 2: Soak you frozen bananas under hot water for about 10 seconds, this will help them blender easier.
Step 3: Place your bananas in you blender (the amount is totally up to you, I usually do about 4 bananas).
Step 4: Pour about 1/3rd of a teaspoon of vanilla extract / a pinch of a vanilla bean into your blender.
Step 5: Pour just a tad of almond milk to help blend the frozen bananas. Make sure to not do too much, or else you’ll make a smoothie! ;)
Step 6: Blend until you get a creamy, ice cream consistency.
Step 7: Decorate, and enjoy!
