Today I am sharing with you all one of my very favorite vegan (n)ice cream recipes! Not only is it incredibly easy and delicious, but incredibly healthy!

What you’ll need: 3-5 frozen bananas, frozen berries, spirulina, 2 ripe unfrozen bananas, and cherries!

First flavor: Blend 1 1/2 frozen bananas with about a tablespoon of coconut milk creamer and a splash of vanilla extract.

First flavor is done!

Second flavor: Blend 1 1/2 frozen bananas with frozen berries.

Third (and last) flavor: Blend 1 1/2 frozen bananas with a spoonful of spirulina.

This is optional, but i prefer to let the nice cream sit in the freezer for 1-3 hours (depending one the consistency) before serving.

Whala! Simply scoop, and add your choice of toppings!
